Villa Details - Accommodation

All linen, bathroom towels and pool towels are provided in each room / bathroom.

All rooms have either vertical or horizontal blinds and in addition all bathrooms have obscured glass for extra privacy.

Please note - all electrical equipment in the home is American format.

Quality maid service between lets.

Also please note there is NO Mail Box at the villa due to excessive Junk Mail.

Master Bedroom with Large En-Suite Bathroom

 King Size sleigh bed, 2 night stands, 2 lamps, telephone, CD / Clock Radio, 8 drawer dresser with mirror.  20" Colour Television with separate satellite system.  Electronic wall controlled ceiling fan with dimmer light.  Night light.  View overlooking the pool / gardens.

Walk-in wardrobe & clothes hangers, sunken bath tub, two sinks with cabinets underneath, large mirror, over sink wall lights, hair dryer & attachments, walk-in shower, closet for towels, separate toilet for privacy.

Bedroom 2 with En-Suite Shower Room

 Queen Size bed, with headboard, 2 night stands, 2 lamps, telephone, Clock Radio, large dresser with mirror.  Electronic wall controlled ceiling fan with dimmer light.   Night light.  Large double wardrobe with clothes hangers.  View overlooking the garden to the right.

Bedroom 3 / Family Bathroom

 King Size Day Bed, which can be either a King bed or split to make two separate single beds - all the additional linen is supplied to cater for your individual choice.  2 night stands, 2 lamps, Clock Radio, large dresser with mirror.  Electronic wall controlled ceiling fan with dimmer light.  Night light.  Large double wardrobe with clothes hangers.  View overlooking the garden to the right.

Living Room

 One 3 seater settee with scatter cushions, one 2 seater loveseat with scatter cushions.  Two end tables with lamps, coffee table.  Standard Lamp.  View overlooking the pool / gardens.  Luxurious carpet.

Dining Room

 Large rectangle dining table, with 6 matching chairs.  Chandelier style light with dimmer switch.  Built-in tiled top buffet area with up lighters, console table / wine rack.  View overlooking front gardens.  Luxurious carpet.

Kitchen / Laundry Room

 Open-plan with many base and upper cabinets.  Grainicoat kitchen counters, integral double sink with waste disposal and spray attachment.  Family sized dishwasher.  Large cooker with ceramic hob, electronic controls and clock.  Extractor fan.  Microwave Oven with electronic controls and night light settings.  Large side by side fridge / freezer, with ice maker and water filter.  Ceiling lights.

Electric kettle, four slice variable width toaster, electric coffee maker, electric can opener, electric food chopper, electric hand mixer.  Tefal Thermospot saucepans and frying pans.  Several baking trays of differing sizes, cutting boards, complete knife block + steak knives, all utensils, Pyrex ovenware / bakeware.

Cutlery, plates, dishes, cups, small glasses, tall tumblers and wine glasses.  All plastic plates, bowls and cups for outdoor dining.  BBQ cooking and serving set.  Place mats, coasters, tea towels, oven gloves.  View overlooking pool / gardens.

Separate Laundry room with large sink, base and upper cabinets.  Large top loading washing machine.  Large tumble dryer.  Fire Extinguisher.  Ceiling light.

Extra large ironing board with auto-shutoff steam iron.  Bagless upright vacuum cleaner with hose and tool attachments.  Hand held dirt devil vacuum cleaner with tool attachments.  Interior broom, dustpan & brush, mop & bucket.  Access to large double garage.

15" LCD monitor with keyboard and mouse.  Gateway computer with Windows XP, CDRW, floppy drive.  Internet access is available FREE 24 / 7, via our local internet service provider.  

Telephone.  Local area directories are inside the desk drawers.  To call long distance you will need to purchase a phone card from the local supermarket / store.

Family Room

 Seven seater corner settee with cushions.  Large chair with cushion.  Coffee table, 1 end table, entertainment unit.  Electronic wall controlled ceiling fan with dimmer light.  Tiled floor.

28" Colour Television, 110 channel satellite system, DVD / CD / VCR player, Playstation2 with 2 controllers - all of these electronics are American format.

Pool / Spa

 Extra large screened pool deck.

Lanai / covered area with electronic wall controlled ceiling fan and ceiling lights.

Large rectangle patio table, 6 chairs, 4 sun loungers, small patio table.

Large gas BBQ / Grill.

Outside Shower.

26' heated swimming pool with spa.  Pool depth is from 3' to 5'.  There are steps leading into the shallow end of the pool and a swim out at the deeper end.  There is also a pool light which looks spectacular during the evening.

A Baby Safety Fence is available in the pool closet, which we recommend that you put up if there are young children in the villa.
