We all had an excellent time at your villa.  The quality of the villa and the contents were superb.  You had thought of everything, not often the case when you rent somewhere, you only get the basics.  Peter from the Management Company was very helpful.  He arrived at the agreed time on our first day and within 10 minutes of calling him when we were due to depart.

If we decide to rent again, we will contact you and also recommend you to our friends and any of our guests who may be looking to rent in Florida.

Cleanliness - The villa was very clean and we were very pleased and impressed by it.  Equipment - we thought that this was absolutely great.  It was the best equipped villa we have every rented and genuinely felt like home and actually in some cases better!

I just wanted to say 'Thank You' for an unforgettable few days at your house. Anne and I were very impressed and pleased by the house and its amenities and we enjoyed staying there very much. 

Everything was taken care of to our fullest satisfaction and the beautiful backyard with its quiet and very private pool and Jacuzzi was just what we needed to relax after quite a long period of busy traveling. 

We enjoyed ourselves so much that we even got engaged on Anne's last day in the U.S. and I have plans to return to Germany for good next year after almost 9 years of life as an expatriate in Tokyo and Detroit. I hope we left the villa as clean as you would expect and we would love to come back some time in the not too far away future.

We have visited Florida about a dozen times in the past few years and have stayed in many villas, on Rotonda, in the Spring Hill / Homossassa area and also (of course!) in Kissimmee, but we all agreed that yours was the best house we have rented, the furnishings and facilities were excellent, and the property was spotlessly clean. The pool and spa were of a similar high standard. Finally the home management people were very helpful but unobtrusive!

We still hope to buy in the area but if we do rent again we would definitely try to book with you first.

We just wanted to say thank you so much for a great holiday.  The villa is beautiful and we settled in so easily it was just like being at home.  It was our first holiday with our baby and it worked so well, everything we needed was there - thanks for the cot and intercom. (She slept better there than she does at home!)

We also really appreciated all your help when organising the holiday.  You were very helpful and the information pack and the directions especially were great. Also Liz and Pete was so helpful and friendly but we only spoke to the once as everything was perfect!

The weather has been very good here high 70's 80's.

The pool turned out to be fine and was warm enough for early morning and late evening swim.

We would like to say that you're villa was very nice and enjoyed the added facility of the computer, the kids have also enjoyed the play station.

We always like to select a villa that has no direct neighbours, and yours certainly fitted the bill, it is very secluded and we really enjoy that.

I hope you don't mind this, but if you were looking for any feedback we really missed a local news channel, for the weather etc and Fox TV. I know that you don't watch too much TV on holiday but again in the mornings and at night this would have been useful.

The house is wonderful.  The layout is spacious and all of the amenities are excellent.  The location is perfect - quiet and private yet only a short drive to the store, beach or golf course.  By the way, the golf courses near by are great. 

We would recommend staying here.  It is just terrific.  The Management Company were great too.

This is the 3rd time we have visited this area in the last 7 years and for us this is the real Florida.  Don't think we could top this villa it has everything bar a teapot, which Pete and Liz were able to provide, but that's us brits for you. 

We will be recommending this fantastic place to all of our friends, but looking at your availability they would have to book well in advance.  Anyway I'm sure we will be back again.  Our daughters boyfriend who is staying with us was also well impressed with this area and villa.  A big thank you for us all.

We would just like to say a really big thank you to you both for letting us share your beautiful home.  You have thought of everything.  The girls loved the play station and the computer was a huge advantage to us all, as we could keep in touch with family via email.

We have visited this area on four occasions and have found your home to be one of the best we have stayed in.  It is so peaceful and secluded, which is what we look for in a holiday home.  Liz and Pete were very friendly and welcoming, it was nice to know they were there if we needed anything.

We have had a wonderful time at the villa.  You know how gorgeous the villa is but I have to tell you again!  We have been to quite a few lovely villas here in Florida and without a doubt yours stands out a mile.  The decor, the layout and attention to detail is second to none, plus privacy - perfect !  It's not just that though, its arriving at night to fresh milk and all the little things that you need on your initial arrival.  You clearly care about your home but about your visitors too.

The Management company have been excellent to deal with and it was really nice to know they were on hand to help should we need it.

No wonder you get repeat bookings and such glowing reports.  So thanks again, and I just hope its available next time we decide to come back !!

We had a fantastic holiday in Florida.  The villa was everything we had hoped for and more.  The setting was perfect; I had the good fortune to observe a family of wild hogs foraging on the lawn within 20 mins of our arrival.  We also saw various other creatures whenever we came back after dark after a night out.  In all the privacy of the house was a great bonus.  Thank you for a wonderful holiday.

How many hurricanes can Florida get in a season!!! 

We enjoyed our stay this year despite the nightmare of Charley, and were delighted that your house sustained only minor damage.  I can confirm your house will withstand 100 mph winds easily and probably 150 mph as well!

Just a line to say we have just arrived back home after the very pleasant stay in your house.  Everything was very nice about the house and we were very comfortable.  We were very lucky with the weather and it was sunny everyday and temperatures in the 80’s so we were very lazy and did very little.

Will certainly recommend the your house to anyone who is looking in that area, and it was the first time for us to go so far south below Tampa, but it is well worth the journey and we will probably stick to the south side in future.

We have returned back from our trip and once again had a marvelous time.  The place is wonderful as usual.  We are looking to book 2006 and 2007.   We can see this schedule for a long time into the future, since retirement is still along way off.  We really like your home and the privacy it offers as well as the proximity to the golf courses.
