This exceptional villa is available for holiday vacations from $750 + Tax  per week dependant on the time of year.  The villa is fully cleaned and fresh bed linen and towels are provided between lets with the outside of the home and the pool area being attended to once a week.

We are also able to accommodate a long term rental with a reduction in the weekly price dependant upon the duration of the let.  If you are renting the villa for 1 month or more our Management Company can arrange the following at an additional cost to ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible.

• Removal of the long distance call block.
• Removal of the pay per view satellite channels block.
• Additional cleaning of the home as and when you require.

Our Management Company has over 10 years experience in the business and are based on the Rotonda Development.  They are on call 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, and will be more than happy to assist you with anything you may need during your stay.  For additional convenience they can arrange a food and drinks welcome pack to be purchased and left in the villa upon your arrival.
